PwC, Microsoft in Strategic Alliance

PwC
PwC and Microsoft Corp. have formed a strategic alliance to help companies engaged in enterprise transformation projects using Microsoft Business Solutions technology. With this agreement, PwC becomes the first professional services network with an arrangement that allows it to build business transformation on Microsoft Dynamics.

Under the agreement, PwC consultants will provide advice and implementation assistance to clients who select Microsoft Dynamics together with other Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft Dynamics AX enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM) and business intelligence (BI) solutions as part of a business transformation project.

"Companies embarking on large transformation projects want to be sure they deliver both value and sustainable change to their organizations," said Jonathan Tate, PwC's global advisory alliance leader. "Using PwC's transformation skills, industry sector insights and knowledge of technology platforms and applications in combination with tools like Microsoft's suite of solutions can help companies maximise the return on their investment."

"PwC brings their extensive industry and process knowledge that will extend Microsoft Dynamics solutions for our mutual customers. Microsoft Dynamics business solutions help enterprises become 'Dynamic Businesses' and PwC has a proven track record in facilitating business transformation for enterprise customers," said Neil Holloway, CVP Sales and Operations, Microsoft Business Solutions. "Our combined strengths from product to industry offerings will enable many regional and global companies to successfully modernize their business applications."
